SUMMARY:Monthly Sohbet | with Aziz | via Zoom, 10am-12noon
DESCRIPTION:Sohbet\nSaturdays, 10am – 12noon, Via Zoom\n \nYa Hazrati Inayat Qaddasa Allahu Sirrahu\nO Revered Inayat, May God Sanctify His Secret\nDear friends,\nJoin us for the sohbet on October 17th, at the usual time, 10:00 am to 12:00 noon UK time.\nhttps://us02web.zoom.us/j/82850470804?pwd=Z1W4ga6suAwz0IyLDxaOs6dKSZrWsu.1\nWe shall explore the meaning of this tughra created for Pir-O-Murshid with the traditional blessing after the passing of a Sufi. \nHow does this relate to sharing our spiritual experiences? Why should God ‘sanctify his secret’?\nAl-Ḥallāj and his famous “Anā al-Ḥaqq”—usually translated as “I am the Real” or “I am the Truth” is still reverberating for centuries in Sufi teachings. \nHow do we respond to the possible effects of this sharing? Is silence the absolute rule?\nIs feeling satisfied after a deep and uplifting sohbet/meeting a payment? … and would we expect or demand it?\nFood for thought!\nLet’s do it.\nLove\nAziz\n
