Sufi Gathering Day ~ Finding Inner Guidance

– Everyone is invited! –

Guidance come to those willing to change. Through examining our conscience and looking within through meditation, music, movement and other Sufi practises, we will explore this theme, working on our inner journey and how it relates to others and the world in general and in everyday life. Inspired by the Sufi, Hazrat Inayat Khan we will look ahead to 2025 searching for what we can all do to serve and fulfil our purpose. Rob will run the morning session and Aeolia, the afternoon one. One to one private sittings during the lunch hour are also available with Aeolia.

Please bring something vegetarian or vegan for a shared lunch (and if you can, please provide the ingredients to help those with allergies).
