Through meditation, music and other Sufi practises, we will explore working on balancing our inner and outer journeys and how strength can be developed that ripples outwards to the wider world.

If you are new to the Inayatiyya, feel free to come a half hour early (11:15-11.45am) for an informal discussion.

The first half hour is for welcoming new seekers.
Please bring something vegetarian or vegan for a shared community lunch (and if you can, please provide the ingredients to help those with allergies).
