Service – A Sufi Gathering

‘The call to serve comes from the heart. It involves dedication, love and self-sacrifice. We are also tested and in today’s word balance is important to avoid burnout. Through meditation, music, movement and other Sufi practises, we will explore this theme, working on balancing our inner and outer journeys and how strength can be developed that ripples outwards to the wider world. ‘All the winds of the world will try to extinguish our light but they will not be able to do so’. Please bring something vegetarian or vegan for a shared community lunch (and if you can, please provide the ingredients to help those with allergies). 

There is a suggested contribution of £20 to £50. 

The event will be held in the Universel on the top floor of CCPE.
